90% Learning & Problem Solving - Builds a basic understanding of our users, our products, and our markets through exposure to product support and testing activities

• Troubleshoots issues to understand root cause with close oversight from manager or peers
• Participates in application, content and workflow quality testing, as appropriate
• Provides support to the global product team
  
  

10% Communication & Escalation - Identifies and effectively communicates relevant information

• Communicates product bugs and workarounds in a structured manner, and with impact, to a variety of stakeholders including Product, Content, Engineering, and Support
• Provides regular reporting on testing and support activities
• Effectively organizes and manages own work with direction and oversight from their manager
