The primary role is to drive innovation and growth in insurance and value-added services through product management, strategic partnerships, and seamless execution of new ideas or enhancements
What You’ll Do
Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to phase-out across insurance and VAS offerings.
Propose new product concepts and enhancements, collaborating with internal teams to design and implement new processes.
Lead product development for digital channels, including requirements gathering, user testing, go-to-market strategy, and rollout monitoring.
Liaise with insurance providers and VAS partners to maintain strong working relationships.
Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to ensure mutual value and sustainability.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Monitor pilot programs and full rollouts, gathering feedback and optimizing performance.
What You Need To Have
At least 5 years of experience in product/business development (preferably 2 years as managerial role)
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments
High analytical skills; ability to analyze reports and see gaps for business opportunities
