Pricing - Contract Specialist Shared Services Competitive Pay

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite - Dayshift

Location: BGC, Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Process pricing updates, file uploads, and related transactions accurately, ensuring all required approvals are in place and deadlines are met.
• Manage accruals, payments, and customer billing (invoices, credit notes, debit notes) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and ensure alignment across finance, sales, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing data and customer agreement management by identifying issues and enhancing processes.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong accounting background with solid knowledge of financial processes and controls.
• Experience in pricing and pricing data management.
• Experience in contract or customer agreement management.
• Proven ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
