Pricing And Contract Specialist Shared Services

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Dayshift, Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the creation, maintenance, and updates of pricing master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to service level targets.
• Execute price file uploads and validate pricing changes to ensure system accuracy and alignment with approved agreements.
• Ensure accrual provisions and related payments are accurate, properly supported, reasonable, and processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong internal controls, including SOX compliance, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve pricing data or contract issues, driving continuous improvement and process enhancements to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Support automation initiatives to ensure pricing and data management processes are efficient, standardized, and user-friendly.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Pricing or Contract Management
• Basic accounting knowledge and practical accounting experience required
• Experience working with global or cross-regional stakeholders
• Proficiency in SAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Power BI experience is an advantage
• Process improvement experience or exposure is an advantage
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
