Role Description
The Marketing Lead is a strategic business leader who drives revenue growth and shapes Thinking Machines market position across Southeast Asia. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that directly impact business outcomes, expand our market presence, and establish our brand as the leading enterprise data tech consultancy in the region.
You will own the entire marketing ecosystem, translating complex AI and data solutions into compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise clients while building strategic partnerships that accelerate our growth trajectory. This role requires a marketing master who can seamlessly navigate between high-level strategy and hands-on execution to deliver measurable business results.
Reporting to the Commercial Partner as part of the Commercials Team, youll enjoy high autonomy to shape marketing strategy and execution. This role offers the unique opportunity to experiment with marketing content, channels, and formats, while developing new processes from the ground up in a fast-paced environment where your impact is immediately visible, with direct exposure to C-suite executives and senior leadership.

Key Strategic Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Generation: Your mandate: Build a predictable, measurable, executive funnel from curiosity, workshops, pilots, to implementation.
Design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that expand our CRM with senior decision-makers and move them toward workshops, demos, and pilots
Lead database marketing and reactivation campaigns that turn dormant contacts into warm executive leads.
Own multi-touch nurture journeys
Partner with senior leadership to shape value propositions and targeted account plays
Drive demand for our 2026 priority offers: C-suite AI Strategy Workshops and AI Enterprise rollouts and governance programs.
Brand Leadership & Market Positioning
Translate our technical and advisory expertise into compelling, executive-ready narratives rooted in our 2026 messaging pillars: governance, ROI, pragmatic GenAI adoption, and SEA enterprise context.
Run a consistent content engine: case studies, workflow demo videos, quarterly whitepapers, 2x/week thought leadership, and an executive-oriented newsletter.
Create assets that de-risk AI for executives and validate their strategic ambitions (evidence, clarity, social proof).
Ensure all content ladders up to core CTAs: Book a Workshop, Request a Demo, Take the AI Readiness Diagnostic
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Deepen co-marketing with OpenAI (primary), Microsoft, and industry associations to expand executive reach.
Design and execute co-hosted events, speakerships, and invite-only executive gatherings that feed the CRM and workshop pipeline.
Marketing Innovation & Execution Excellence
Build a modern marketing operation powered by GenAI workflows (campaign automation, content acceleration).
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns: webinars, thought leadership, gated assets, email nurture, partner events, and sales enablement.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously refine channel mix, narrative resonance, and CTA design.
Maintain high-quality execution—design, writing, publishing, analytics—often owning 50–100% of the hands-on delivery.
Executive persuasion: Ability to craft narratives that balance ambition and risk, tailored to CEO/CIO/CHRO concerns.
Creative problem-solving: Ability to find breakthrough angles in a crowded AI market.
Stakeholder management: Work effectively with sales, partners, technical teams, and the C-suite.
Communication mastery: Turn complex AI concepts into clear business value for senior enterprise leaders.
Adaptability: Navigate rapidly shifting priorities while maintaining long-term marketing momentum.
AI storytelling fluency: Express core AI concepts: Prompting, workflow automation, Agentic AI, and governance, scaling pilots in ways executives understand.
Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-haves
Marketing experience in AI/ML, data analytics, or technical consulting.
Familiarity with concepts like Prompt Engineering, agentic workflow applications, and enterprise AI governance.
Background in UX/UI design or product marketing
Strong understanding of Southeast Asia’s enterprise landscape.
Experience building marketing functions in fast-scaling organizations.
Portfolio of C-suite-targeted content or executive programs.
