Role Description

The Product Delivery Manager owns the definition, delivery, and ongoing evolution of digital products within a client portfolio. This role brings together product management fundamentals and strong delivery execution, with a particular focus on translating user and business needs into well-defined, shipped solutions.

You will work closely with clients and internal analytics and engineering teams to gather requirements, shape solution scope, and ensure delivery is executed effectively. Success in this role means turning complex, ambiguous problem statements into clear requirements and seeing them through to measurable outcomes.

This role is well-suited for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of problem definition, stakeholder alignment, and delivery execution in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Requirements Discovery & Solution Definition

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops with clients.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and delivery backlogs.
• Define success metrics and ensure solutions remain aligned with intended outcomes throughout delivery.
• Support prioritization and sequencing decisions using structured frameworks.
• Continuously refine requirements as new insights emerge during discovery and delivery.
• Ensure solutions are usable, adoptable, and designed for real-world constraints.
  
  

• Own delivery from requirements definition through implementation and handover.
• Partner closely with analytics, engineering, and design teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and to evaluate and design digital solutions to meet the requirements.
• Develop and manage project scope, execution plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with multiple stakeholders including client-side product owners, target users, software vendors, technical delivery teams.
• Proactively identify dependencies, blockers, misalignments, and risks, and address them early.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and changes clearly to stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in product management, delivery consulting, or project management roles, with clear ownership of requirements definition and end-to-end delivery of digital or technology solutions
• Demonstrated experience leading requirements discovery and translating business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements
• Proven ability to drive delivery end-to-end across cross-functional technical and non-technical teams, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and quality
• Strong external communication skills: Youll need solid spoken and written communication skills to laymanize technical concepts and translate client needs into product specifications and project timelines. • Experience working with data, analytics, or GenAI-enabled products or platforms
• Familiarity with Agile or other iterative delivery methodologies
• Background in consulting, startups, or fast-growing delivery environments
