Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you’ll gain end-to-end exposure across the employee lifecycle — recruitment, payroll, performance, workforce data, learning and compliance — while working closely with senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the operational backbone of People & Culture, ensuring our processes are reliable, defensible and built for growth.

Workforce Data & Systems

  • Maintain accurate HRIS records, org structures and reporting lines
  • Produce workforce and headcount reporting
  • Uphold data privacy standards and flag inconsistencies early

Payroll & Remuneration

  • Support payroll cycles and documentation
  • Administer salary, benefits and incentive changes
  • Maintain compliant, audit-ready compensation records

Recruitment Operations

  • Coordinate interviews and hiring workflows
  • Maintain ATS integrity and compliance documentation
  • Support a consistent, professional candidate experience

Performance & Employee Lifecycle

  • Administer performance review cycles and PIP documentation
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support engagement surveys and participation tracking

Learning & Compliance

  • Coordinate compliance training and maintain completion records
  • Ensure regulatory training requirements are met

Process Improvement

  • Document workflows and identify gaps
  • Recommend and support process enhancements
  • Contribute to building scalable People systems

Experience

What you’ll bring

  • 2–4 years in People Operations or HR Systems
  • Experience in a fast-paced or regulated environment (tech/fintech preferred)
  • Strong HRIS and ATS capability
  • Exposure to payroll support and employment documentation

  • Strong understanding of compliance and documentation standards
  • Confidence escalating risks appropriately
