Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People and Culture Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily support Compensation and Benefits administration, serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, government-mandated contributions, and total rewards programs, while also providing support across various People and Culture functions.

You will work closely with the People and Culture Lead and assist in HR operations, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, and day-to-day people processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the employee onboarding and offboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and coordination of company assets.
• Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, including HMO enrolment, government-mandated benefits, allowances, and payroll-related requirements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, leave balances, and other total rewards-related concerns.
• Support benefits enrolment, renewals, claims coordination, and employee communications related to company benefit programs.
• Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and company events.
• Help address employee inquiries and support positive employee relations by fostering open communication.
• Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with the People and Culture Operations Lead on HR-related tasks and ad hoc requests.
• Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team, including preparation of reports, documents, and forms.
• Partner with teams across divisions to contribute to a positive employee experience.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• At least 6 months of work experience in HR, Compensation and Benefits, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, or related roles is an advantage.
• Internship, practicum, or work exposure in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or HR Operations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with government-mandated benefits and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build positive relationships with employees and clients at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools.
