People And Culture Business Partner

As a P&C BP, you’ll work closely with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and workforce needs. You’ll provide people insights, challenge perspectives when needed, and partner with leaders in building teams and a culture where people can perform, grow, and thrive.

What You’ll Do

Partner with the Business

• Act as a trusted People & Culture partner to business leaders and management.
• Understand business objectives and translate them into relevant people strategies and initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee-related matters.
• Partner with P&C teams to develop solutions that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
  
  

Drive Talent & Organizational Effectiveness

• Provide recommendations on talent management, succession planning, career development, and employee retention.
• Partner with leaders in identifying talent gaps and developing strategies to strengthen workforce capability.
• Support initiatives that build a high-performance and high-engagement culture.
• Use people data and business insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  
  

Champion Employee Experience & Culture

• Partner with leaders in addressing employee concerns and strengthening engagement and retention.
• Support culture and organizational health initiatives.
• Help create a workplace environment aligned with ACMobility’s values and ways of working.
• Promote a people-first approach while balancing employee needs with business requirements.
  
  

Use Data to Drive People Decisions

• Monitor relevant people metrics such as retention, engagement, workforce movement, and talent fill rates.
• Translate people data into actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders.
• Track the effectiveness of P&C initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  
  

Ensure Good People Governance

• Ensure people practices are aligned with company policies, processes, and applicable labor regulations.
• Partner with relevant P&C teams in managing employee relations and other people-related matters.
• Promote consistent and fair application of policies across the organization.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably with solid exposure to HR Business Partnering
• Experience working with business leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development
• Comfortable working with people data and translating insights into practical recommendations
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Business acumen and the ability to understand how people decisions impact business outcomes
• A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
