Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. Your work involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to enhance system performance and functionality while adapting to evolving project needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment with project goals. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges or risks that arise. - Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Pega Platform. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using Pega Platform. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within custom software applications. - Ability to integrate Pega applications with other enterprise systems and technologies. - Familiarity with best practices in software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
