Job Summary

The Policy Servicing role is designed for individuals with up to one year of experience focusing on supporting policy management processes within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. The position requires proficiency in MS Office and strong English communication skills. The role operates in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing policy documentation and updates to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to address policyholder inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to maintain and organize policy records efficiently.
  • Support the processing of policy changes endorsements and cancellations as required.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements to enhance policy servicing operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth policy servicing.
  • Monitor policy servicing metrics and report on performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and company policies.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company guidelines in all policy servicing activities.
  • Provide feedback to management on potential enhancements to policy servicing processes.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects to support broader company objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive policyholder information.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model to meet business needs. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications for efficient policy management.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Possess a basic understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance which is advantageous.
  • Show willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Display attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy documentation.
