Job Description

ACMobility is looking for a Parts Admin Assistant to support inventory accuracy, parts availability, and administrative coordination within the Aftersales Department of Mobility Access Philippines Ventures Inc.

The role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting parts registration and ordering processes, and coordinating across Procurement, Logistics, and dealer partners. This position ensures efficient parts operations, timely processing of transactions, and adherence to internal controls to support overall aftersales performance.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness of spare parts data
  • Monitor inventory movements and ensure timely recording of transactions in the system
  • Process dealer part number registration requests accurately and within prescribed timelines
  • Validate and manage parts pricing and classification in accordance with standards
  • Support procurement processes by preparing purchase requisitions and coordinating order processing
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment of parts requirements
  • Assist in warehouse operations billing validation and ensure completeness of supporting documents
  • Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and suppliers to support smooth parts operations
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation and support cycle counting activities
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of inventory and transaction records
  • Monitor and replenish administrative supplies for office and warehouse operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or an automotive‑related field
  • At least one year of experience in supply chain, inventory, or automotive operations
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and administrative processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with systems such as SAP Business One
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Problem‑solving ability and customer‑focused mindset
