Job Description

The Partnership Program & Innovations Manager helps operationalize Globe’s partnership strategy while driving innovation across the ecosystem. The role bridges governance, lifecycle management, and program innovation—helping scale new tools, insights, and ways of working that fuel Marketing’s growth at scale.

Duties And Responsibilities

Strategy & Frameworks

  • Support the Lead in shaping the lifecycle partnership strategy of the division.
  • Enable and implement frameworks
  • Conduct trend spotting on emerging partners, business models, and industry shifts.


Governance & Operations

  • Assess and track partner health, tier movement, and lifecycle maturity; consolidate insights into business reviews.
  • Oversee consolidator-managed procurement and reconciliation, ensuring SLA and budget compliance.
  • Drive process and system improvements to enhance stakeholder experience and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership strategies and campaigns.


Program Management

  • Co-lead division-wide initiatives
  • Manage logistics, alignment, and delivery of governance cadences and division-wide trackers.


Narrative & Storytelling

  • Co-develop division-wide decks and reviews with the Lead.
  • Translate complex insights into clear, actionable stories for stakeholders and decision-makers.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support and deliver trend/insight roadshows across portfolio teams and stakeholders.
  • Harness internal and external partnerships to gather data and strengthen portfolio support.
  • Escalate critical, high-risk, or sensitive issues to the PLCM Lead in a timely manner.


Requirements

  • At least 5-8 years of marketing experience (brand, agency, or related fields), with a strong preference for experience in strategy-focused roles
  • Experience and Strategic Expertise
  • Skilled in developing operational frameworks, partnership principles, and tools like tiering systems and playbooks to align with organizational goals.
  • Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
  • Clear and persuasive communication (verbal + written)
  • Strategic storytelling and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and adaptability under evolving priorities
  • Program/event management and facilitation
  • Hard Skills
  • Creative Thinking & Solutions Design (creative entrepreneurship mindset for ecosystem/program building)
  • Data analysis and visualization (Google Slides, Miro, Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio)
  • Process improvement and workflow/prompt design
  • Governance tracking and reporting discipline
  • Project management methodologies (Agile basics, Kanban, or equivalent)
  • Bachelors Degree in any related field
