Packaged SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, you will spend your day configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. Your work involves managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key part of your daily activities, along with troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience. - Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing and compliance. - Assist in training and supporting end-users to maximize the value of the applications. - Continuously update knowledge on new features and best practices to ensure the application remains current and effective. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of Workday configuration and integration capabilities. - Experience with Workday reporting and analytics tools to support data-driven decision making. - Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
