Packaged SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, you will spend your day configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. Your role involves managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency across platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation. - Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support knowledge sharing and continuity. - Assist in training and supporting end-users to maximize the value of the applications. - Continuously explore opportunities to improve application functionality and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional. - Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning concepts and business processes. - Experience with system configuration, customization, and integration within Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Ability to analyze and resolve functional issues while ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application capabilities. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to maintain system integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional. - This position is based at our Manila office.
