Packaged SaaS Application Engineer

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications meet the evolving requirements of the organization and its clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor application performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize functionality. - Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture. - Experience in application integration and deployment in cloud environments. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to packaged applications. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
