Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to ensure optimal functionality. - Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce CPQ. - Strong understanding of application configuration and management. - Experience with integration tools and APIs. - Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in business solutions. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
