Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across the system. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to ensure optimal functionality.- Develop and implement best practices for application configuration and support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.- Strong understanding of application configuration and management.- Experience with system integration and data migration processes.- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and APIs.
