Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across various systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes. - Experience with integration tools and methodologies. - Familiarity with low-code platforms and APIs. - Knowledge of system stability and performance optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
