Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices. - Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Essbase. - Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis. - Experience with data integration and data management processes. - Familiarity with software development methodologies, particularly agile practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). - This position is based at our Manila office.
