Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to enhance functionality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Essbase. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning. - Strong understanding of database management and data modeling techniques. - Experience in developing and implementing financial reporting solutions. - Proficient in performance tuning and optimization of applications. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Essbase. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
