As an Oracle Finance Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice. You will be at the forefront of transforming business processes by leveraging Oracle technologies to enhance financial operations. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex client engagements and build meaningful client relationships. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing financial data and trends to support client financial transformation initiatives
• Implementing Oracle Financials solutions to enhance financial reporting and compliance
• Managing financial system administration tasks to streamline financial processes
• Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for finance process improvements
• Utilizing Oracle Hyperion Financial Management for financial planning and analysis
• Developing financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide actionable insights
• Presenting financial reports and findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making
• Supporting the integration of Oracle Acquire to Retire and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Assisting in the development and execution of finance transformation strategies
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
• Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance finance transformation initiatives
• Excelling in financial statement analysis and financial reporting
• Managing financial system administration with a focus on Oracle ERP
• Embracing change and adapting to evolving financial technologies
