Job Description

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Managing a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management
  • Analysing sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimise sales processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions to clients
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
  • Monitoring and reporting on key sales metrics and performance indicators
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales operations or management role, preferably within the IT solutions industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve their targets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of sales management and CRM software tools
  • Thorough understanding of the IT solutions industry, including the latest trends and technologies
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
