Job Description

Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Managing a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management
Analysing sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimise sales processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions to clients
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
Monitoring and reporting on key sales metrics and performance indicators
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Minimum Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales operations or management role, preferably within the IT solutions industry
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve their targets
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Proficient in the use of sales management and CRM software tools
Thorough understanding of the IT solutions industry, including the latest trends and technologies
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
