Job Description
- Monitoring of trucks.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Perform data entry, update records, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Support inventory control, supply orders, and tracking of operational assets
- Generate routine reports and support data gathering for performance tracking
- Assist with financial or billing operations, such as invoice processing.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Maintain and update operational documentation and standard procedures
- Provide support during audits or compliance checks by preparing necessary documents
- Good at excel, wps and so on has experience for making data
- Good with communicatefollow the company arrangment
- Preferred has experience of logistics (but not required).
