As an Officer - Patient Experience & Safety at B. Braun you plays a vital role in ensuring that all B. Braun Dialysis Centers provide a holistic, high-quality and patient-centered care while also promoting sustainable practices that benefit the environment and the organization. The role aims to operationalize the B. Braun as a healthcare partner and service provider.

Your key responsibilities:

• Leads initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction across all B. Braun Dialysis centers by developing improvement programs, conducting surveys, and partnering with clinical and operations teams to address concerns and elevate patient wellness.
• Ensures full compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), PHIC, DOH, DENR, and local environmental regulations by creating policies, monitoring adherence, and acting as the authorized Safety Officer.
• Drives sustainability efforts by implementing environmental initiatives, tracking sustainability metrics, coordinating with Pollution Control Officers, and promoting awareness among staff and patients.
• Provides holistic patient support through Social Worker programs, centralized monitoring of facility aesthetics, and market scanning to recommend best practices and maintain competitive service standards.
• Collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports on patient experience, sustainability, and competitor analysis for senior management decision-making.
• Demonstrates strong competencies in communication, analysis, regulatory knowledge, clinical understanding of CKD, digital proficiency, and organizational skills, supported by personal traits such as innovation, passion for patient care, and commitment to continuous learning.
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), with a focus on patient care, patient experience and/or sustainability
• Experience in dialysis center management an advantage
• Proven track record of implementing successful patient experience and OSH initiatives.
• Experience in leading an Occupational Health and Safety committee an advantage
• Proficient in using Office 365 applications (MS Teams, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint)
