What You'll Be Doing


As our Office Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Manila office. Reporting to the Facilities team, you'll provide administrative and facilities support while helping maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workplace.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing office communications, correspondence, and administrative support for senior management.
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, meetings, events, and office activities.
  • Supporting budgeting activities, petty cash management, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Managing office supplies, procurement, supplier negotiations, and inventory control.
  • Overseeing office facilities, maintenance requirements, and contractor relationships.
  • Liaising with banks, government agencies, building management, and external service providers.
  • Supporting the delivery of Occupational Health & Safety initiatives and ensuring workplace compliance.
  • Assisting with company events, employee activities, wellbeing, ESG, and DE&I initiatives.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Office Administration or Facilities Administration.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and perform under pressure.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a flexible and resilient approach.


Nice to Have

  • Experience managing budgets, petty cash, suppliers, and procurement activities.
  • Safety Officer 1 (SO1) certification or an interest in pursuing health and safety training.
