Requirements

  • Experience Level: Entry-level; no prior experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, excellent customer service abilities, and ability to work as a team player.
  • Skills and Competencies: Call center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Problem-solving skills and basic technical proficiency.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and 90% accuracy.
