Our Network Engineer is a crucial part of our process ranging from early engagement, pre-sales of services and networks, to service delivery and acceptance. This role demands a deep technical understanding to deliver high-quality network design, advanced technical network analysis, role in pre-sales tasks, proficiency with Ericssons cutting-edge analytics solutions, a commitment to driving innovation, and an emphasis on customer-focus and quality service delivery.

What you will do:

• Analyse, identify and suggest solutions to technical problems within multiple domains.
• Engage in dialogue with customers to identify areas of improvement and technological challenges.
• Gather customer requirements directly or through Request for Quotations (RFQ).
• Define the scope of work for a design or optimization service.
• Estimate the cost of sales for service proposals, including workforce, tools, travel, and expenses.
• Document and present a detailed service offering that underscores customer value.
• Adapt to new working methodologies, specifically in data usage and analytics tools and frameworks.
