Job Description

Regular

Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the following building equipment and facilities:

i. Air-conditioning System

ii. Water and Sewerage System

iii. Drainage system

iv. Fire Protection and Fire Alarm System

v. Electrical System

Handles unit owners/tenants complaints or assistance needed in electrical and mechanical systems.
Coordinates with the Building/Facilities Manager or Building/Facilities Engineer for instructions
All other related tasks as required
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Others or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
