Job Description

Electrical distributions systems and associated system and equipment serving the client’s leased space

Lighting systems

Emergency lighting systems

Ventilation System (e.g. exhaust fans)

HVAC System – monitoring and coordination with PPM vendor

Fire Protection/Detection System – monitoring and coordination with PPM vendor

Minor plumbing and carpentry works.

Provide a general "handy man" service to rectify minor faults or repairs needed to the Premises and any fixtures and fittings associated with the facility. Minor faults are those that will consume

Undertake any duties that maybe assigned by clients.
