The Product Manager leads the optimization of the Marketplace sales funnel across our mobile app and web platforms. This role is critical in helping us build the best product research and price comparison shopping experience in the country.
What You Will Do
Execute ongoing enhancements to the Marketplace sales funnel across mobile and web platforms, focusing on conversion, engagement, and retention.
Support day-to-day product operations, including backlog management, issue resolution, and delivery of funnel optimizations.
Collaborate with the Marketplace team to align on product vision, strategy, and goals.
Work with the research team to translate customer insights into actionable product improvements.
Coordinate with the analytics team to monitor funnel performance and identify areas for refinement.
Engage with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other local teams to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement.
Generate and refine product ideas based on business objectives, customer insights, and performance data.
Facilitate ideation sessions with the Marketplace team to co-create impactful features and solutions.
Develop business cases for new initiatives, outlining expected costs, benefits, and success metrics.
Collaborate with the design team to iterate on user flows and product features through testing and feedback.
Work with the IT Delivery team to assess technical feasibility and estimate scope for proposed solutions.
Maintain and update the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with other Product Managers on priorities and delivery timelines.
Track and evaluate the performance of newly launched features, capturing insights for future iterations.
What You Should Have
Ideally 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on mobile app-based products.
Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of product feature delivery — from ideation and scoping to launch and iteration.
Solid background in product backlog management, sprint planning, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of data analytics, user research, and technical feasibility — able to work closely with engineering and delivery teams.
Experience using product management tools such as A/B testing platforms, analytics dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
Familiarity with mobile app performance metrics, APIs, and technical constraints.
