Location: BGC, Taguig

Shift pattern: Mid-shift 4pm MNL to 1am MNL

Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.

What you will be doing

Responsible for effective and efficient processing within the companys approved risk appetite in accordance with policy and procedures. A flexible approach to and delivering an excellent customer service proposition. Quality and effectiveness output meets expected levels.

• Meet agreed SLAs and KPIs for the processing of applications
• Meet and manage broker / packager / internal sales and underwriting expectations effectively
• Interaction with both internal and external customers to discuss application requirements and progress through the customer journey sharing detailed information to support a positive customer experience
• Ensure all new applications received have the required documentation for underwriting, liaise with brokers, distributors and customers to progress applications as necessary
• Ensure all processing is made within regulatory standards, aligned with business needs and deliver to the lending risk strategy
• Build rapport with Brokers and internal teams to ensure best outcomes are achieved
• Refer and recommend mortgage applications outside standard lending policy where a justifiable business reason exists to an appropriate mandate holder
• Assess, for acceptability, valuation reports, credit reports, income proofs, bank statements and any other relevant supporting documentation against lending criteria and policies

What we are looking for

• Mortgage Lending knowledge and experience advantageous
• Strong customer service back-ground and passionate about great service
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Mortgage industry knowledge
• Demonstrate a pro- active, hardworking, flexible approach and able to work under own initiative but also as a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
