Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer specializing in Customer Engagement (CRM) to design, develop, and customize solutions that support business processes. This role is responsible for building plugins, workflows, integrations, and customizations within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement custom plugins, workflows, and extensions using C#/.NET for Dynamics 365.
  • Customize entities, forms, views, business rules, and model-driven apps within Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Build client-side logic using JavaScript / TypeScript for UI customizations and automation.
  • Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using REST APIs, OData, Azure Functions, Service Bus, or Logic Apps.
  • Perform data migration using tools such as KingswaySoft, SSIS, Data Import Wizard, or custom ETL scripts.
  • Create or enhance Power Automate flows and Power Apps as part of CRM solutions.
  • Manage solutions deployment, version control, and follow DevOps/ALM best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues, conduct debugging, and optimize performance of Dynamics applications.
  • Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years’ experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, and Business Process Flows.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Knowledge of Azure tools (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
  • Experience in data migration, including ETL tools (KingswaySoft, SSIS).
  • Familiarity with Solution Management, ALM/DevOps, and version control (Git).
  • Understanding of CRM security model, data schema, and Dataverse architecture.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, SAP, or other business systems.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript, PCF Controls, or React for advanced custom UI components.
  • Microsoft Certifications (PL-400, MB-210, PL-200).
  • Experience with Power BI dashboard connections for CRM analytics.
