MDM Solutions Manager

We’re looking for an MDM Solutions Manager to join our global IT team and help drive JTI’s journey toward becoming a truly data‑driven organization. This role is perfect for someone passionate about data governance, SAP MDG, and building scalable solutions that ensure high‑quality, reliable data across the business.

You will play a key role in shaping how data is managed and governed across the organization—working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that support innovation, efficiency, and smarter decision‑making.

As an MDM Solutions Manager, in the area of Digital & IT you will

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data across the business
• Drive the development and execution of MDM roadmaps, ensuring solutions align with business priorities and long‑term strategy
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, scalable data solutions
• Establish and maintain data governance standards, policies, and quality frameworks across the organization
• Champion data governance adoption by supporting communication, training, and engagement across teams
• Stay ahead of trends in data management and technology to continuously improve processes and drive innovation
  
  

What are we looking for?

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience working with SAP MDG and 5 years in SAP ERP (Sales & Distribution/Materials Management), ideally in a multinational environment
• Strong understanding of data governance and master data management concepts
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or related tools (e.g., Business Partner model, Fiori, Cloud) is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—you’re confident working with both technical and business teams
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
