Master Data Specialist Shared Services

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift; Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer and pricing master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and business rules
• Review, validate, and process customer setup and changes, ensuring proper documentation and required approvals are in place
• Support management of pricing data governance, ensuring correct application of pricing conditions, discounts, and contractual terms
• Ensure all CMA invoicing, credit memos, and debit memos are issued in line with agreed customer deadlines and meet customer expectations
• Undertake price file uploads, coordinating with relevant business unit stakeholders to resolve issues such as incomplete or insufficient data
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Commercial teams to resolve master data issues impacting billing, collections, and financial reporting
• Perform regular data quality checks, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring consistency between master data and financial records
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong accounting experience or background, preferably within Order-to-Cash or Shared Services environments
• Experience in customer master data and/or pricing master data management
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
