Master Data Center Process Manager (CPM)

We are looking for an exceptional professional to step into the role of Master Data Center Process Manager and make a real difference on a global scale.

As Master Data CPM, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, shaping strategies and enabling operational excellence globally for master data management. If you are passionate about data, automation, and team leadership, this is your opportunity to lead the global charge in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of our master data.

As the Master Data CPM in GBS you will be responsible for

• Lead, inspire, and grow a global team of 25+ professionals, helping them reach their full potential while fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Work closely with global stakeholders to ensure our data practices align with business priorities and drive value.
• Shape the global master data strategy, turning it into clear, impactful actions aligned with our business goals.
• Take charge of global initiatives by driving automation, AI innovations, and digital transformation projects that simplify processes.
• Ensure flawless execution of daily operations by delivering on KPIs, evolving SOPs, and maintaining top-notch data quality.
• Build and uphold robust data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with JSOX and other standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Master’s degree or certifications (DAMA/CDMP, PMP, Six Sigma, SAP MDG) are a plus.
• 5+ years in Master Data Management or Data Governance.
• At least 2-3 years successfully leading teams in a corporate environment.
• Technical Knowledge Expertise in ERP/MDM systems (SAP preferred), data quality, and process automation.
• Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English.
