Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the Cardiology portfolio
- Drive brand activation and ensure execution excellence across channels
- Generate strong market analytics and customer insights to guide decision-making
- Direct product planning, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Support key initiatives such as product launches, campaign development, and market research
- Identify unmet customer needs and commercial opportunities to accelerate growth
- Build targeted networks with healthcare professionals and executive-level stakeholders
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional and regional teams to strengthen collaboration in a matrix environment
- Support strategic direction through internal capability-building (events, proprietary data, forecasting)
- Reports directly to the Regional Business Unit and Country Head
- Part of a lean business unit
A Successful Marketing Lead - Cardiology Should Have
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, ideally within medical devices, pharma, or specialty healthcare
- Strong business acumen with strategic agility and commercial mindset
- Proven ability to lead in a complex, cross-functional matrix setup
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
