About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Innovation Officer to drive end-to-end product and packaging innovation for a key Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. In this role, you will oversee projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery, operational excellence, and top-quality outcomes. Strong project management skills, proficiency with project management tools, and Mandarin language ability are essential for collaborating effectively with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product and packaging innovation projects from concept through launch, including feasibility assessments, R&D coordination, and approvals.
• Lead project kick-offs, provide progress updates, and conduct lessons-learned sessions with stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, monitor deliverables through project management software, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to maintain project timelines.
• Mentor project managers and coordinators by sharing best practices and promoting continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and influence the implementation of process improvements.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of project management experience, preferably in CPG or FMCG.
• Strong expertise in project management, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering innovation projects from concept to launch.
• Mandarin language proficiency (written, spoken, and reading) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
