Management Trainee Program Candidate

Our Management Trainee Program is built for curious, driven, and ambitious graduates or early career professionals who want more than just a first job. If you are eager to accelerate your growth and take on exciting challenges

this is your chance to explore different parts of the business, learn directly from experienced leaders, and make a real impact from day one. Over 24 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience, sharpen your commercial skills, and grow into a future leader of the organization.

As a Management Trainee, you will

• Participate in rotational assignments across Field Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Planning teams.
• Support field engagement activities and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
  
  

Requirements

• Participate in rotational assignments across Field Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Planning teams.
• Bachelors or Masters degree with graduation within the last two years (with or without prior work experience).
• Willingness to be mobile and temporarily relocate locally as business needs require.
• Demonstrated adaptability, analytical thinking, and a strong eagerness to collaborate and learn.
