Logistics Technical Engineer

The Logistics Technical Engineer is the key technical resource for all vehicle-related matters, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance across the fleet. The role provides comprehensive technical support to the vehicle processing center, diagnoses and resolves complex vehicle issues, and acts as a critical liaison between manufacturer, aftersales, and logistics service teams. The position operates within established service standards, warranty policies, and technical protocols to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold brand integrity.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Technical Support and Diagnostics
  
  

Provide expert-level technical support and remote diagnostics for vehicle processing centers.

Analyze technical data, diagnostic codes, and repair histories to identify root causes of vehicle malfunctions.

Monitor and improve average resolution time and reduce repair costs.

• Training and Knowledge Transfer
  
  

Develop and conduct technical training sessions for dealer technicians on new procedures, technologies, and systems.

Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
