Manage post-offer mortgage cases and coordinate fund release.
Liaise with conveyancers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve queries.
Conduct final checks, ensure documentation accuracy, and meet KPIs.
Support compliance, risk, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Competencies

Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.
Mortgage industry experience is a plus.
