Job Summary

  • Handle exception cases in the regularization of asset documentation for foreclosure of auto loans and housing loans applying both legal expertise and practical problem-solving to resolve irregularities in property documentation to aid in smooth foreclosure process.

How will you contribute?

  • Review, assess and resolve exception cases in pre-foreclosure documentation
  • Develop innovative legal strategies and practical solutions to expedite regularization of asset documents while remaining compliant with applicable laws and regulations
  • Liaise with government offices, courts, and external legal counsels as necessary to resolve pre-foreclosure documentation irregularities

What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Bar Passer.
  • Must have strong knowledge of property documentation, foreclosure laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Must have 2-3 years of legal experience in property law, banking, foreclosure or related fields.
  • Has proven ability to analyze irregular documentation and provide practical legal remedies/solutions.
  • Preferably with background working in banks and financial institutions.
