General Responsibilities

The Legal Assistant supports Yondu in interpreting and conveying information to stakeholders, communicating possible risks and recommend ways to manage such, providing probable legal solutions to organize and improve internal legal process/es, participating in knowledge sharing and transformation initiatives, drafting of legal documents, partnering with necessary stakeholders involved in the governance and application of standard employment and industrial relations practices, and attending to litigation requirements as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education – Graduate of Political Science/ Legal Management/ Law or any related courses.
• Related Work Experience - At least 1-2 years of legal liaison work.
• Knowledge – Requires knowledge in processing of BIR requirements for foreign employees.
• Skills – Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment in determining when to escalate issues, Demonstrated ability to multitask, problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment, Efficient, organized and keen to details
