The role: Leaves Management Analyst (Night Shift)
As a Leave Management Analyst, you will be an essential member of the team who will liaise with stakeholders and colleagues of different levels.

We will rely on you to:
- Utilize case management software to effectively manage end-to-end process of employee leaves; includes
- Confirm policy applicability/eligibility and explain job protection rights.
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors for medical information.
- Confirm and document FMLA related absences and completing all required tasks as indicated by the case management software work/task list
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies as well as US Local, State and Federal guidelines, for all leave types at all times, to ensure compliance and minimize risk; escalates cases to higher level for guidance and resolution.
- Update and maintain the HR Systems of Record with all information pertaining to an employee’s leave.
- Utilize data and reporting from case management tools used by US Leave Management to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and/or exceeded.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written, with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable experience in handling employee or customer concerns
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational skills and collaborate with colleagues
- Proficient skills with MS Office Suite – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Amenable to work on Night Shift

- Experienced working in HR with sound background in Shared Services or supporting global colleagues
- Experienced BPO professional with experience handling US clients.
- Sound knowledge on group benefits with emphasis on leave – STD/LTD, maternity, parental, Workers Compensation, etc.
