he role is responsible for end to end portfolio administration, lease data governance, reporting, and client support across global and regional portfolios. This position ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of lease data, reporting deliverables, and stakeholder communications while overseeing day to day operational execution, SLA adherence, and continuous process improvement across cross functional teams.

About the Role:
Manage the full portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring proper documentation, intake, planning, prioritization, governance compliance, and centralized tracking of status, risks, issues, and interdependencies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting packs, consolidate programme status/KPIs, ensure accuracy and consistency of data, and prepare materials for governance forums and leadership reviews.
Facilitate governance processes by coordinating workstream inputs, defining scope/milestones/deliverables, preparing review materials, and highlighting risks, delays, and cross‑initiative dependencies.
Create and manage reporting solutions (Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint) to convert operational and project data into clear insights, trends analysis, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and project-tracking processes; implement workflow or automation enhancements (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, API integrations); and standardize templates and governance workflows.
About You
Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 10 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role; background in accounting, real estate, data analysis, or lease administration is a plus.
Proven ability to lead and train teams, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and high performance.
Strong skills in lease and finance management systems, databases, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and relationship management across all organizational levels.
Experience in transaction management, property management, and invoice processing is preferred.
