LEARNING CONSULTANT, LEARNING TOOLS & PRACTICES
Reporting to the Learning Manager, the Learning Consultant provides learning design solutions to Operations’ employees globally - help in the execution and implementation of the learning initiatives as well as support the learning function from a design, administration, reporting, process, operational, and logistical perspective.
In addition, coordinate with different colleagues and stakeholders, design digital learning courses, generate reports and analysis, measure training efficiency, and mentor/coach learners.

Target Profile
Candidates with proficiency in Instructional design, Authoring tools, Reporting & Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Design - Intermediate Instructional Design skills (Instructor Lead Trainings and/or self- paced for training programs).
- Authoring tools - Proficient in digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 suite.
- Learning administration - Strong expertise in LMS administration; familiarity with Workday Learning is a plus.
- Data Analysis & Reporting - Strong Excel skills for data interpretation with experience in Power Platforms.
- Communication - Strong communication and relationship-building skills with experience of giving feedback.
- Governance: Follow standards and lead colleagues in aligning to the group’s learning success measures, internal processes and audits (e.g. learning materials maintenance), and overall performance measures
- Stakeholder management - Ability to engage with multiple learning participants and groups on an ongoing basis.
- Flexibility - Ability to produce and deliver results in an environment where stretch objectives are continually set to meet growing customer expectations.
- Industry Knowledge - Awareness on the latest trends and new technologies associated with Learning & Development.
- Customer - Understanding and/or experience in working with a customer centric approach.
Qualifications: What you need to bring - Knowledge & Skills
- Experience working on an LMS and LXP in administration capacity.
- Ability to create digital learning requirements such as e-learning, micro-learning videos, etc.
- Intermediate level of instructional design (ILT and/or self- paced for basic programs)
- Basic to intermediate project management skills and experience
- Working knowledge of the latest trends in Learning & Development
- Excellent communication with people in different roles and leadership both written and verbal
- Strong customer management and engagement skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility, commitment, and resilience in leading multiple projects or assignments in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to provide targeted feedback
- Ability to work with moderate level of mentorship and direction
- Provide back-end support on applicable Learning systems and tools and engage in tasks related to scheduling, reporting and analysis,
- Conduct administrative duties such as maintenance of training calendar, booking of training rooms, preparing training certificates, consolidation and analysis of training reports and records,
- Participate in global learning projects and collaborate with Learning staff and local and global partners.
Good to have skills:
- Having exposure to financial markets and products.
- Intermediate data visualization and reporting skills.
