The Opportunity at a Glance

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to support a growing organisation in the healthcare and allied health services sector, ensuring learning systems, training coordination, and development initiatives run seamlessly.


This role sits within the People & Culture function and focuses on the operational side of learning—from managing the LMS and coordinating training programs to supporting student placements and internal capability initiatives.


You’ll play a critical role in ensuring both internal teams and external stakeholders experience efficient, organised, and high-quality learning support systems.


This is ideal for someone who is highly organised, systems-driven, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a structured environment.


 
How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (Docebo), ensuring strong user experience and structure

  • Maintain and update learning content, ensuring version control and consistency

  • Build and manage automated workflows (e.g. certifications, retraining schedules)

  • Monitor and report on LMS performance metrics such as:

    • Completion rates

    • Engagement levels

    • Compliance tracking



  • Coordinate training communications, including newsletters and internal updates

  • Support delivery of live training sessions, reminders, and scheduling

  • Assist in rolling out new learning initiatives across the organisation

  • Support student placement coordination, including:

    • Liaising with universities and internal stakeholders

    • Managing onboarding and placement processes



  • Maintain and improve shared systems, files, and communication channels

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and reduce admin burden

  • Engage with LMS vendors and stay updated on platform improvements


 
What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Are based in the Philippines

  • Have experience in:

    • Learning & Development administration, training coordination, or similar roles



  • Have hands-on experience managing or configuring:

    • Learning Management Systems (LMS) (MANDATORY)



  • Are highly organised with strong attention to detail and process accuracy

  • Are proficient in:

    • Microsoft Office Suite

    • Cloud-based tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint)



  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Are confident coordinating across multiple stakeholders

  • Can work independently and manage multiple priorities


 
What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:

  • Experience with Docebo LMS (highly preferred)

  • Experience in student coordination or placement administration

  • Exposure to training operations or professional development programs

  • Experience with content management systems or workflow automation

  • Strong interest in learning, development, and continuous improvement


 
Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

  • Hybrid work setup

  • Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month

  • Open to PH-based applicants only
