Our Enterprise Data Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Lead Full Stack Analytics Engineer.

In this role you will lead a high-performing team in designing, building, and maintaining the full stack of enterprise analytics delivery, reporting directly to the Head of Insight Delivery & Enterprise Analytics (IDEA). You will drive architectural strategy, mentor team members, and ensure best practices are followed to deliver impactful, end-to-end analytical solutions across the organization.

What The Role Will Entail

• Define the strategic direction and architectural standards for enterprise data modeling and BI assets
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Analytics Engineers to foster growth and best practices
• Establish governance and quality standards for BI products to ensure consistency, performance, and accuracy
• Partner with business units and leadership to translate strategic needs into the analytics roadmap
• Oversee quality assurance, version control, testing, and documentation across the analytics delivery stack
• Drive integration and optimization of the analytics stack with Databricks and other cloud platforms
• Champion innovation in analytics delivery to maximize enterprise impact and scalability
  
  
  

• Bachelors Degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related technical fields
• dbt (data build tool) certification preferred; Power BI, Databricks, or Azure Data Engineering certifications are a strong advantage
• Minimum of 8 years in analytics engineering and BI/dashboard development, with at least 2 years in a mentoring, architectural, or people management role
• Expert-level skills in SQL, dbt, and advanced dashboard design with Power BI; proven experience in scalable data pipelines, data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ELT framework
• Strong proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and documentation tools; extensive knowledge of Databricks, Azure Synapse, or other cloud data platforms; advanced communication, collaboration, and customer focus with expert-level critical thinking and strategic agile delivery mindset
