Job Description
Own and harmonize pricing frameworks, discount structures, and price changes across APAC
Act as finance partner in distributor negotiations and government tenders
Build pricing roadmaps to support long‑range and annual business planning
Lead financial modelling for new product launches and commercial initiatives
Support revenue and gross profit forecasting across quarterly, annual, and long‑range cycles
Deliver detailed revenue and GP analysis for monthly business reviews
Collaborate with global pricing teams to share best practices and improve processes
Drive automation and visualization of regional revenue reporting
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Lead Commercial Pricing Analyst Should Have
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Minimum 5-8 years experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance
Experience with managing APAC is a plus, but open to Philippines scope only.
Proven experience in product pricing, budget forecasting, revenue forecasting, and gross profit analysis
Strong financial modelling, variance analysis, and business partnering skills
Confident communicator able to present to senior and global stakeholders
Experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical companies
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or BI tools are a plus
