Job Description

Incident Management & Operational Support
Participate in incident management processes, including triage, escalation, and resolution
Analyze cost impact of incidents (e.g., spikes due to outages, misconfigurations, scaling issues)
Support post-incident reviews (RCA) with focus on cost optimization and prevention
Establish monitoring and alerting for cost anomalies and operational risks
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Provide regular cost reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership
Translate technical cloud usage into financial impact and business value
Work with finance teams on budget planning and variance analysis
Act as a bridge between technical teams and finance/business stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
Strong experience in cloud cost management and optimization strategies
At least 3 years in Operation Support role or similar role
Must have background on Financial Systems
